The absorption of this component is therefore closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance that is supplied to the body with food (it is found, among other things, in. in fatty marine fish) and also by synthesis in the skin. However, it is mainly stored in adipose tissue and the liver. In addition to cholecalciferol, OstroVit also contains a source of fat, which positively affects the absorption of the active substance and has a positive effect on the quality and effectiveness of the dietary supplement.

Recommended dosage
