Bicycle trips are one of the most memorable family moments. But how can it be fun for the little ones when trying to keep up with the big ones? This tow bar allows for a child's bicycle to be attached to the parent's bicycle. If the child is connected, the parent can support him/her in pedalling, for example, up a steep climb. The bar comes in handy even when it comes to overcoming a dangerous stretch, such as a busy road. The bicycle tow bar raises and locks onto the front wheel of the child's bike. Therefore, your child can not spontaneously turn, for example, in the middle of the road.

The tow bar assembly will only take a few moments. First of all, it is necessary to add the foot of the bracket, one to the parents bike and one to the child's front wheel and frame. It is then that the bar itself is attached, so you can actually leave the brackets on the bicycles the entire biking season. Assembling the rod in the brackets, including securing the child's front wheel, will not take a minute. Immediately afterwards, you are ready to take off on your journey. If the bar is no longer needed during a trip, the child's bicycle can be released and the tow bar lowered halfway above the parent's bicycle's rear wheel. It will not interfere with the ride and it is ready to be used again at all times. The detailed installation procedure is demonstrated by the manufacturer on a video. You can use this tow bar for children weighing up to 30kg and for children's bicycles with a weight up to 15kg. Therefore, the total weight of the hinge must not exceed 45kg. Otherwise, you can attach the product to any bicycle for children with a wheel diameter of 10 to 24" and a head tube diameter between 34 and 40 mm. You can ride any bicycle with a 25" diameter and larger and at the same time the saddle diameter should be in the range of 25.4 and 31.8mm. It is not suitable for use on carbon fibre seats.

Dobrý den. Lze i s touto tyčí mít ještě na kole rodiče upevněnou cyklo sedačku. Vejdou se tam obě zařízení a nebude vadit sedačka při skoponých držácích dětského kola. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, v návodu jsem si všiml, že spodní uchycení dětského kola je pro matice o průměru 16-18. Já mám na dětském kole matice 14. Je pro mne tedy tato tyč nepoužitelná? Neexistuje nějaký adaptér nebo jiný způsob jak to vyřešit? Děkuji za radu.
