Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Feline NF Advanced Care salmon is a complete wet diet food for adult cats in the form of a pouch. The food is intended to support renal function in advanced stages of chronic renal insufficiency. The food has a reduced content of high quality protein, which helps to reduce muscle loss and toxin production. Reduced phosphorus helps slow the progression of chronic renal insufficiency, while the increased content of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA helps support the kidneys in the advanced stages of renal insufficiency. Feed indication
PURINA® PRO PLAN® VETERINARY DIETS Feline NF Renal Function™ Advanced Care is designed for cats with various kidney health needs. It is suitable for advanced stages of chronic renal insufficiency (IRIS stage 3 and 4), temporary renal insufficiency, when administration for 2 to 4 weeks is recommended, and to reduce the formation of urate stones. The food also supports cardiac function in cats suffering from chronic heart failure.
Feeding instructions
The recommended period of use is from the beginning to 6 months. It is advisable to seek the opinion of a veterinarian before use or before extending the period of use. Water must always be available.
1 capsule = 25 g of Feline NF granules.
The instructions for combined feeding are only valid for simultaneous feeding of dry and wet Feline NF Renal Function™ Advanced Care.
Cats weighing over 6 kg:
For each additional kg of body weight, increase the daily feeding dose by 1/2 capsule.
