Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Feline UR St/Ox Urinary Chicken is a complete diet food with chicken meat suitable for adult cats. The feed is designed to dissolve struvite stones and reduce their recurrence. Dietary food with the ability to acidify urine and low magnesium content. The formula has been developed in collaboration with nutritionists, researchers and veterinarians to provide effective and science-based care. The feed creates an environment in the urinary tract that is not conducive to the formation of struvite or calcium oxalate crystals, thereby helping to reduce the risk of their reoccurrence. In addition, it contains high quality protein, antioxidants to support the body's defences and has a taste that cats love. Feeding instructions
It is advisable to consult a veterinarian before feeding. For each additional kilogram of weight of the cat, it is recommended to add 15 g of dry food or 1/3 of the canned food per day. Always provide the animal with access to fresh water.
Recommended administration time:
For dissolution of struvite stones, 5-12 weeks are recommended. For prolonged administration, it is advisable to continue for up to 6 months, while regularly checking the health of the cat.
