Tedy, najít nějaký kontaktní formulář na vás je umění :) Tak snad jsem se trefil. S mým problémem mi totiž jen těžko pomůže jiný zákazník. Jde o to, že má skříň dorazila s nefunkčním led podsvícením. Logicky jsem to ale zjistil až po nainstalování všech komponent a provedení cablemanagementu a to se mi rozhodně nechtělo vše dávat zpět a zasílat vám ji na reklamaci. Proto jsem se rozhodl, opravit ji svépomocí, což se povedlo tak napůl. A vzhledem k tomu, že při tomto zásahu jsem si pravděpodobně porušil záruku, zajímá mě, zda lze přes vás zajistit pozáruční servis nebo zda mi můžete zaslat kontakt na autorizovaný servis či distributora v čr. Nebo jak mám vlastně postupovat. Děkuji za odpověď.

Chtěl bych se zeptat jak je dělaná RGB Led. Jestli svítí jenom ve předu u nápisu nebo i uvnitř skříně. Děkuji
