Omega 3 fish oil
The oil contains biologically active omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). The oil is extracted from fish living in cold Arctic waters and is free of fishy aftertaste. Omega 3 Fish Oil is an extra rich source of the Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA important for human health and numerous bodily functions. Unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids are an essential component of the diet. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA contributes to normal brain function, vision and promotes mental vitality. A beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 250 mg EPA and 250 mg DHA per day. Remember that a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet ensure the proper functioning of the body and good health.

Fish oil of which 80% Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA 33% - eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA 22% - docosahexaenoic acid), gelatin, thickener (glycerol), natural D-alpha-tocopherol 98% (vitamin E), water.
Recommended dosage
2 capsules 1 time a day. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after a meal, when bile secretion is increased and therefore the oil is better digested.
Notice
Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Pregnant and lactating women take in consultation with a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for persons allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in the product. Inside the package moisture absorber/silica gel - do not use.
