Magical text erasing with Metamo thermosensitive ink technology
With highlighters from the FriXion range, you can easily correct any mistakes by rubbing the plastic end on the paper. The heat generated causes the water-based ink trail to become completely invisible. However, for a perfect result on paper, the manufacturer recommends combining these highlighters with standard writing tools and not using them on text written with a classic FriXion erasable pen.
A great trick for students
Are you a student who buys second-hand textbooks? With PILOT FriXion highlighters, you can simply remove the highlighting and pass the books on in almost new condition. The Metamo thermosensitive ink heats up when erased, and at around +60°C, the ink becomes invisible. When cooled significantly to approximately –15°C, it reappears.
