The frequency range is between 20 Hz and 80,000 Hz, the signal-to-noise ratio is 115 dB and the distortion is 0.006%. The Pioneer XDP-30R-S supports DSD decoding (2.8/5.6 MHz). It can play FLAC, WAV, ALAC or AIFF up to 192 kHz/32 bits, and is MQA compatible.Pioneer has two timers. The first one detects 44.1 kHz signals at a scale of 88.2 kHz/176.4 kHz, and the other 48 kHz signals with a sampling of up to 192 kHz.

Thanks to the aluminium body, the player weighs just 120 grams. The 2.4" touchscreen is completely scratch resistance and is completely available for use. Equipped with a classic 3.5 mm jack connector as well as a 2.5 mm symmetrical jack. It comes with a battery life is up to 15 hours. The internal memory offers a capacity of 16 GB, but can be expanded by two microSD memory cards up to a total of 416 GB.
