The AI voice recorder features a 4-MEMS microphone array that dynamically identifies the speaker's position, cancels out noise, echo and other unwanted sounds to deliver crystal-clear recordings from up to 5 metres away. Thanks to directional sound identification via the microphone array, speakers are clearly separated in the recording. For phone call recording, Plaud Note PROfeatures a built-in vibration sensor, enabling hardware-level recording.
Maximum security for all your data
Plaud places the utmost emphasis on your data security. That is why they host data exclusively on Amazon AWS servers. Furthermore, the Plaud Note PRO recorder is certified to the SOC2 audit standard, the HIPAA healthcare standard for handling sensitive patient data, the European GDPR regulation and the EN18031 cybersecurity standard. It also complies with ISO27001, ISO27701 and EN18031. Recordings are deleted from the Plaud Note PRO device once uploaded to the cloud, eliminating any risk of misuse if lost. In addition, only the customer has access to the data stored in the Plaud cloud, with Plaud employees only able to access it with explicit permission. The AI models used do not train on customer data.
Enhanced app for a seamless experience
The app now works with audio, but you can also insert notes or images into transcriptions for the Plaud AI to reference. By pressing the button on the Plaud Note PRO recorder, you can flag information currently being spoken as key. The AI recorder then assigns it higher importance. This helps align human and artificial intelligence, ensuringthe AI does not just extract information, but implements your values into the final output.

Connectivity via Bluetooth 5.4 provides faster and more secure recording. You can now also transfer recordings via cable.

When Plaud Note PRO is attached to your phone, it automatically detects whether you are on a call or speaking in a room, switching the recording mode accordingly.
