The AI voice recorder features a quad-MEMS microphone array that dynamically identifies the speaker's position, cancels noise, echo and other unwanted sounds, creating a perfectly clear recording up to 5m away. Thanks to the microphone array's direction detection, the recording clearly separates individual speakers. Plaud Note PRO features a built-in vibration sensor for direct hardware recording of phone calls.
Maximum security for all your data
Plaud places the highest emphasis on your data security. That is why all hosting is strictly on Amazon AWS servers. In addition, the Plaud Note PRO recorder is certified to SOC2 audit standards, HIPAA healthcare standards for handling sensitive patient data, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EN18031 cybersecurity standard. It also complies with ISO27001, ISO27701 and EN18031. Once uploaded to the cloud, recordings are deleted from the Plaud Note PRO device, eliminating any risk of misuse if lost. Furthermore, only you have access to the data stored in the Plaud cloud, and Plaud employees can only access it with your express permission. The AI models do not learn from customer data.

The app now works with audio, and you can insert notes or images into transcripts for the Plaud AI to reference. By pressing the button on the Plaud Note PRO recorder, you can flag key information in real time, prompting the AI recorder to give it higher priority. You can now also transfer recordings via a cable.
