Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem u vás čtečku PocketBook 632 Touch HD 3 spolu s pouzdrem PocketBook Shell WPUC-616-S-BK, u něhož je uvedeno, že má Sleep Function Support. Bohužel však tato funkce nefunguje, čtečka i v zavřeném pouzdru dále svítí, po nastavených 10 minutách se automaticky vypne. Po otevření pouzdra je třeba čtečku zapnout hlavním vypínačem. Žádné nastavení synchronizace mezi čtečkou a pouzdrem jsem nenašel a vidím, že ostatním zákazníkům uspávání funguje. Je chyba v pouzdru nebo ve čtečce? Děkuji za odpověď.
