Dobrý deň prajem - stroj som zapla podľa inštrukcií - svetla nezhasli a tlak bol stále na strednej urovni nikdy sa neposunul na červené miesto ! Svetla nezhalsi ani po hodine spusteného stroja ! V com je problém ? Stroj nieje pripravený k práci keď svetla nezhasnu ani tlak neni na červenom poličku

Polti vaporeto Smart 100b Zdravím kúpil som si cca 15 októbra tento čistič a už od začiatku mi z neho tiekla voda a vôbec som nevedel čím to je. ..asi po 2 mesiacoch ako som ho používal som si všimol že je prasknutá nádržka na vodu a vlastne odtiaľ to celý čas tečie...ani som neskúšal reklamovať keďže som chybu zistil až po 2 mesiacoch že vlastne kde je problém. Vedel som že keby na to prídem hneď po otvorení a ešte možno pred zapnutím prístroja tak mi to vyreklamujete ale bohužiaľ som nato prišiel až neskôr. Parný čistič mám asi 6 mesiacov a momentálne je nepoužiteľný...orby dôvod je že keď vyčistim jednu miestnosť tak za parným čističom mi ostane asi pol litra vody ktorú musím handrou utrieť ..a za druhé, mi vôbec na ňom nedrží tá handrička...čiže 228e stal a po 2 mesiacoch som ho prestal používať. Viem že reklamovať sa to už nedá ..ale chcem sa opýtať či sa nedá objednať nová nádržka a ďalšie handričky k tomu...aby to aspoň ako tak fungovalo za tie peniaze ..ďakujem Švorc

Dobrý den, Skutečně ten přístroj vysává, jak je tady uvedeno? Na videích to vypadá, že žádnou nádobu na sbírání prachu nemá. Děkuji za odpověď.
