Recommended dosage:
The recommended daily dose is 24.4 g (people with reduced weight, men weighing less than 60 kg and women weighing less than 50 kg should take half the daily dose). In a shaker, mix 8 leveled measuring cups (24.4 g of product) with 400-500 ml of still water. Take 15-20 minutes before training.
