PRONTEVAQ RAPID micro-enema contains glycerol, chamomile and mallow. It is a medical device with an emollient effect that softens and lubricates the stool and facilitates its expulsion.

Method of administration (instructions for use):

FOR RECTAL USE. 
Each single-dose micro-enema remains individually sealed until the moment of use to ensure hygiene and ease of use.

  1. Remove the cap from the single-dose container.
  2. It is recommended to lubricate the applicator with a drop of the solution.
  3. Then insert the applicator into the anus and squeeze the container.
  4. Keep the container squeezed and remove the applicator.
  5. Each container is intended for a single application only. Dispose of any remaining product.

Dosage:

One single-dose micro-enema as needed, up to a maximum of 1 or 2 applications per day.

Ingredients:

1 micro-enema contains 6.75g of glycerol. Excipients: pregelatinised potato starch, chamomile liquid extract, mallow liquid extract, purified water.

Precautions and warnings:

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USE! Do not exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility with any component of the product. In particular, prolonged use of all topically applied products may lead to sensitisation. In these cases, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor to initiate appropriate treatment. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or if it is not perfectly intact when first opened. Do not use after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the product when properly stored in an unopened package.

Warning: Use the medical device in accordance with the instructions for use. Carefully read the information on safe use of the device. Keep out of reach of children.
