Strong Omega-3 contains an exceptionally high amount of essential fatty acids EPA and DHA essential for the proper functioning of the body. Two capsules contain up to 540 mg EPA and 360 mg DHA. The body cannot make these fatty acids on its own - it must take them in through diet or supplements.

Omega-3 fatty acids come in two main forms, triglyceride (TG), the natural form in which omega-3 is found in fish, and ethyl ester (EE), which is produced by processing with the addition of ethanol.
