The Rapture UMBRA SX arm with its adjustable mechanical spring is designed for monitors with a screen size of 17–40", including curved models. A load capacity of up to 12kg ensures a secure hold for both standard office monitors and larger gaming monitors. It includes a quick-release VESA plate for easy mounting and integrated cable management to keep your workspace clean and tidy. Installation is highly flexible – the arm can be attached to the edge of your desk with a clamp or anchored through a grommet in the desktop, with top-down mounting significantly simplifying the whole process.

You can also rotate it from the classic landscape orientation to portrait mode (pivot) – ideal for reading, coding, or chatting during a stream. A tilt range of +70° to -45° helps you set the screen in the ideal position to eliminate glare and keep the image clearly visible from different positions. The maximum reach of the Rapture UMBRA SX arm is 467mm, providing enough room to bring the monitor closer for a better view, or push it away when you need more space on your desk.
EASY TOP-DOWN MOUNTING
Mounting without awkward fiddling under the desk
Installing the Rapture UMBRA SX is incredibly simple and has been thought through to the last detail. The mount is attached exclusively from above, so there's no need for any tricky manoeuvres under the desk. The design offers two types of attachment – either to the edge of the desk using a clamp (10–50mm) or through the desktop via a grommet (10–50mm), ensuring universal compatibility with most work surfaces. What's more, the integrated cable management system keeps your workspace perfectly clean and tidy.
QUICK-RELEASE VESA PLATE
Saves time and stress
The quick-release VESA plate makes attaching and detaching the monitor significantly easier. Simply screw the plate to the back of the monitor first, then click it into the arm and secure it with a single screw that you can tighten without any tools. Thanks to its compatibility with VESA standards (75×75 and 100×100mm), the Rapture UMBRA SX mount is suitable for most commonly sold monitors. This design saves a great deal of time, minimises the risk of screen damage, and enhances overall comfort during both work and installation.
PRECISELY BALANCED MOVEMENT
Fine-tune the spring resistance to match your monitor's weight
Rapture mounts use a mechanical spring resistance adjustment system, which lets you precisely balance the arm according to the weight of your monitor. This ensures the Rapture UMBRA SX mount reliably holds your screen in the desired position while still allowing for easy and smooth manipulation – regardless of whether you have a compact 17" display or a heavier 40" TV. You can fine-tune the spring tension using the included Allen key; just gently turn the screw to the left or right.
