Rathbone R3SMPCEBK

Rathbone R3SMPCEBK
The Rathbone R3SMPCEBK is a Grand Auditorium electro-acoustic guitar with a cutaway and a gloss blackburst finish. It features a solid Sitka spruce top, with a maple back and sides. The neck is made from mahogany, and the fretboard is rosewood. The nut and saddle are both made of bone. This combination of materials delivers a bright, immediate tone with excellent projection. Maple is a very dense hardwood, making it a great choice for live performances as its tonal clarity cuts through the overall band sound with ease. The body dimensions are close to a classic dreadnought. The larger body cavity naturally produces deeper bass tones without sacrificing clarity. The beautiful curves at the waist ensure the guitar sits comfortably on your knee or hangs perfectly on your shoulders. The instrument has open-gear chrome tuners and is fitted with Belcat electronics, featuring a three-band equaliser and an integrated tuner. The scale length is 650mm. The guitar comes strung with D'Addario EXP-16 strings.
