dobrý deň, chcem sa spýtať na dostupnosť, od predvianočného časi svietilo že prepokladaný termín naskladnenia je 3.1, dnes naskočilo 14 dní na objednávku... Je to reálny termín? Resp. viete nejako zaručiť že budú k dispozícii? Objednať totiž slúchadlá za 170 €, zaplatiť a potom čakať viac ako mesiac (minimálne) sa mi zdá dosť veľa. Ďakujem za info

Dobrí deň, dnes som si objednal tieto slúchadlá a prečítal som si recenzie kde veľa ľudí píše že horná časť slúchadiel je veľmi krehká a stáva sa že sa zlomí, tak sa chcem spýtať či je takto poškodený tovar možno reklamovať? Vopred ďakujem za odpoveď, s pozdravom
