Homocysteine is one of the most important indicators of the body's internal balance. High levels of homocysteine in the blood can lead to serious problems and slow regeneration or convalescence. A normal homocysteine level is related to a sufficient intake of folic acid (200% RDI in the product), vitamin B12 (2,000% RDI in the product) and vitamin B6 (714% RDI in the product). Selected minerals: zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, selenium and chromium are present in an exclusive organic form. A chelated bond (organic form) represents the binding of a mineral to an organic carrier (amino acid, citric acid, etc.). A chelate is a form of mineral in which the mineral is embedded in the leaves of plants and other organisms (see spinach, lettuce, etc.).

Recommended dosage
For optimal usability, take 1 capsule 2× daily, always with food (not on an empty stomach). The daily dose is divided into two continuous doses (e.g., breakfast, dinner) so that the body is optimally and evenly supplied throughout the day.
Warning
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
