Homocysteine is one of the most important indicators of the body's internal balance. High levels of homocysteine in the blood can lead to serious problems and slow regeneration or convalescence. A normal homocysteine level is associated with a sufficient intake of folic acid (300% RDI in the product), vitamin B12 (4,000% RDI in the product) and vitamin B6 (1,429% RDI in the product). Vitamin K is significantly involved in the deposition of calcium in bone tissue and in its transport from the bloodstream and vessel walls. Each dose contains 100% RDI of vitamin K. K2-MK7 is a biologically active form of vitamin K, produced by fermentation technology. Zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, selenium and chromium are present in an exclusive organic form. A chelate bond (organic form) represents the binding of a mineral to an organic carrier (amino acid, citric acid, etc.). A chelate is the form of a mineral in which it is incorporated into the leaves of plants and other organisms (e.g. spinach, lettuce, etc.). Mitochondria, which are responsible for the production of cellular energy ATP. Therefore, each dose contains optimal forms and ratios of all important B vitamins, including vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, as well as coenzyme Q10, inositol, organically-bound magnesium (chelate bond) and other important cofactors.

Recommended dosage
For optimal usability, take 1 capsule 3× daily, always with food (not on an empty stomach). The daily dose is divided into three continuous doses (e.g. breakfast, lunch, dinner) so that the body is optimally and evenly supplied throughout the day (see split dosing system for maximum usability).
Intuitive dosage:
The product can also be dosed in a basic regimen of 1 capsule daily and then on selected days the dose can be increased (depending on the load) to 2, or 3 capsules daily.
The daily dose is based on the latest scientific findings and is divided into three continuous doses (1 capsule 3× daily, always with food) so that the body is optimally and evenly supplied throughout the day = maximum usability + minimal losses (our body is not adapted to receive the full dose in one single tablet = urinary losses).
Warning
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not replace a varied diet. Not suitable for vegetarians. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and milk. Do not take 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. You should not consume the product if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. You should not consume the product on an empty stomach.
