It is a unique synergistic combination of minerals bound in selected forms in chelates to amino acids and organic acids. Current EU legislation does not allow us to describe the additional benefits of this product as we could before. Magnesium Citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, gelatin capsules (bovine* gelatin, iron oxide dye), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and silica), pyridoxine hydrochloride, copper bisglycinate, sodium tetraborate. *not suitable for vegetarians.
Recommended dosage
Take 4 capsules daily in the evening before bedtime.
Notice
