Dobrý den, chtěla bych věnovat k Vánocům svému otci reinstalaci stolního PC včetně zálohování dat na dálku a mám na vás následující dotazy: 1) provádíte reinstalaci stále na Windows 10, protože otcovo Lenovo má pro Windows 11 nevyhovující procesor? A vzhledem k otcově věku (86 let) již nechceme pořizovat nový počítač. 2) bylo by možno servis provést během vánočních svátků? Lze se dohodnout na konkrétní termín? 3) lze servis objednat z Prahy na počítač v Hradci Králové? Jak bych měla službu objednat? Předem děkuji za odpověď.

Na HP ProBook 450G0 mám W10 Home 64 bit verze 1903. Opakovaně se mi nedaří aktualizovat na verzi 2004. PC pravidelně při dosažení 48% aktualizace zatuhne a musím jej vypnout podržením vypínacího tlačítka. Lze i takovou závadu odstranit instalací na dálku?
