Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem u vás tento monitor, připojil přes HDMI, aktualizoval ovladače, ale přesto je obraz na monitoru velmi špatný, nekontrastní (i přes snahu doladit nastavení přes SmartControl). Navíc vůbec nefunguje zvuk. Myslíte, že může být chyba na mé straně (instalace ovladačů, nastavení Win 10 apod) nebo se jedná o vadný kus a bude nutné zařízení vrátit?
