The Rieber gastronorm container is ideal for the hygienic and standardised storage, keeping, transport, and serving of food. When combined with the GN lid range, the container's function changes depending on the process step. From highly functional accessories like the watertight press-in lid for completely safe storage and transport, to the vaculid® lid for vacuum sealing, and the flat press-in lid for hygienic protection. Versions from 55mm deep have a high, well-formed offset stacking shoulder that allows for tight stacking and easy removal. For universal use – preparation in waterstation® cubic sinks, space-saving cooling in the gastropolar® refrigeration system, temperature-resistant transport in a thermoport®, as well as presentation and serving in buffet solutions and mobile units.
