The Rieber gastronorm container is ideal for hygienic and standardised storage, keeping, transport and serving of food. The GN container takes on a function dependent on the process step thanks to the combination with a range of GN lids. From highly functional accessories such as the watertight press-in lid for completely safe storage and transport, to the vaculid lid for vacuum sealing, to the flat press-in lid for hygienic protection. Versions from a depth of 55mm have a high, well-formed offset stacking shoulder, which allows for tight stacking and easy removal. For universal use – preparation in waterstation cube sinks, space-saving cooling in the gastropolar system refrigerator, temperature-resistant transport in a thermoport, as well as presentation and serving in buffet solutions and mobile units.
