The Rieber gastronorm container is ideal for hygienic and standardised food storage, preservation, transport, and serving. The GN container's function changes depending on the process step, thanks to its compatibility with the GN lid range. This includes highly functional accessories like the waterproof press-in lid for completely safe storage and transport, the vaculid® lid for vacuum sealing, and the flat press-in lid for hygienic protection. Versions from a depth of 55mm have a high, well-shaped stacking shoulder, which enables tight stacking and easy removal. For universal use – from preparation in waterstation® cubic sinks and space-saving refrigeration in the gastropolar® system fridge, to temperature-controlled transport in a thermoport®, as well as presentation and serving in buffet solutions and mobile units.
