RODE Procaster is specifically designed for voice applications in recording and broadcast studios. Because it features a cardioid polar pattern and a frequency response that has been specially tailored for voice reproduction, it is perfect for every application where a great sounding microphone with superior ambient noise rejection is needed. To maximise intelligibility, suppress microphone pops and plosives, and deliver a crisp and clear sound, RODE Procaster comes with a built-in professional pop filter. Its high output dynamic capsule and balanced low impedance output also greatly contribute to its no-compromise performance.
To eliminate mechanical handling noise, the microphone features an advanced shock mount that isolates the capsule from the handle. The robust, all-metal construction makes the microphone almost indestructible and allows for easy use with other studio accessories such as microphone mounts.
