Use:
Stand upright. Take a deep breath and grasp the mouthpiece of the breathalyser firmly. Exhale with as much force and as quickly as possible to capture the maximum exhalation rate. Record the value on the scale in litres per minute. Repeat the measurement three times and record the highest value. Monitor the results regularly and contact your doctor if there is a significant deterioration.
