Bohužel trochu delší text... Po vteřině od zapnutí vysavače se na baterii rozsvítí červené světýlko a přístroj se vypne. Jelikož se jedná několik měsícú starý vysavač, je stále v záruce. I přes to Alza, potažmo Rowenta, zamítla reklamaci kvůli špíně v přístroji. Chápu. Vyčištěno do posledního smítka prachu a opět posláno na reklamaci. Reklamace zamítnutá, důvod neuveden. Na reklamaci byla poslána každá jedna součástka, která byla v původním balení. To mi řekněte, že neumíte otestovat, o co jde a posoudit, že je pravděpodobně chybná baterie nebo chyba v motoru. Nerozumím, absolutně klesá důvěra vůči Rowentě a Alze. Špatná reklama. Každopádně budu posílat na reklamaci na náklady obchodu a výrobce, kým bude trvat záruka. A to asi buďte možno rádi, že jsem si nepřikoupil prodlouženou záruku.
