Dobrý den, po ztracení signálu Bluetooth se náramek už sám znovu nepřipojí, když je opět v dosahu. V minulosti pomohlo rebootovat Bluetooth nyní už opakovaně nic ani reinstalace hodinek. Je to na reklamaci?

Dobrý den, můj náramek vůbec nesčítá kalorie, když třeba mám na náramku 1000Kcal a pak cvičím a mám třeba 20Kcal tak na náramku se mi zobrazí jen zase 1000Kcal, ale když zapnu aplikaci na náramek kde ty kalorie jsou tam, už se to tam načte na náramek, ale když jí nezapnu tak ne . Není to vada náramku? Nebo je to normální.
