Hard Drive - 3.5", SATA III, maximum read speed 210 MB/s, 256 MB cache, 7200 rev/min, compatible with PCs, compatible with data storage, write speed 210 MB/s, CMR data recording technology, noise level 28 dB, typical power consumption 7.8 W
The Seagate IronWolf 12TB CMR hard drive is one of the high load internal HDDs compatible with NAS data storage solutions. 3.5" HDDs are made chiefly for desktop computers and data centres. One of the key parameters is undoubtedly the rotational speed of the HDD. The 7200 rev/min RPM delivers faster data transmission. The overall data capacity of the HDD is 12000 GB. The storage has a 256 MB memory cache. You can connect the Seagate hard drive and other hardware is takes place through the SATA III interface.
Seagate IronWolf 12TB CMR Hard Disk Key Features
Read speed up to 210 MB/s and write speed up to 210 MB/s
256 MB memory cache
Seagate 3.5" format disk for ordinary drive bays
Standard power consumption is 7,8 W, while in stand-by mode it makes 0.8 W
It communicates with a PC or other devices using the SATA III interface
RAID technology support enables improved data loss prevention
Other Hard Disk Features
Platter HDDs have a special construction. Inside the drive there is a mechanism that uses moving platters, complete with disk read/write heads. These moving parts are not particularly resistant against shock or impact, but this design delivers a great combo of a low price and great storage capacity. The crucial criterion that affects the speed of a hard drive is the number of rotations per minute (RPM). With the Seagate IronWolf 12TB CMR, we have 7200 rev/min revolutions per minute. This is great news for people who demand more from their devices, such as graphic or video editors - in short, people who work with large amounts of data. File access speed and stability is also affected by the disk buffer, usually called cache. The Seagate HDD features a 256 MB cache that stores the last data inputs for their speedy reading.
Connecting the Seagate Hard Disk
If you want to mount the Seagate IronWolf 12TB CMR in the device of your choice, it must be equipped with a 3.5" slot. All data transfer takes place using the SATA III interface with a speed of 3 Gbit/s. The technology ranks among the best HDD data transfer options available and delivers a throughput of 600 MB/s.

Vážený produktový manažéri Alzy,
Neviem či ste absolvovali súkromnú informatickú fakultu vysokej školy v Užhorode, ale MTBF znamená Mean time between failure, nie mean time before failure.
Pokiaľ je na tomto disku pravdivé, že
Mean Time Before Failure = 2 000 000 h

Případně, jestli by šlo časté parkování hlaviček nějak omezit.
