Dobrý deň, zakúpil som si tento fotorámik (1371B). Prišiel mi typ 1371. Pokiaľ je B iba interné označenie čiernej verzie, je to ok. Avšak priložené diaľkové ovládanie nefunguje. IR dióda svieti, čiže samotný diaľkový ovládač je funkčný. Na rámiku nikde nie je IR prijímač, preto nerozumiem ako by to malo fungovať. Rámik vyzerá ináč ako je na obrázku na stránke. Nemá v strede dole tú bielu časť (predpokladám, že to je práve IR čočka) a napravo dole má perforáciu, asi otvor pre zvuk z reproduktora. Na štítku je uvedený typ 1371. Pokiaľ je to v poriadku a mám iba smolu na nefunkčný ovládač, mám reklamovať celý rámik, alebo iba diaľkové ovládanie?
