Dobrý den, ráda bych se zeptala, jestli nevíte proč se mi nástavec na psí chlupy netočí? Svítí UV ale kartáč se točí třeba jen 3 sekundy a pak přestane. Chlupy ani vlasy v něm nejsou, vše jsem čistila. Vysavač mám asi 2 měsíce 🤗 Děkuji předem za odpověď.

Dobrý den, chtěl bych se dotázat, zda je možné k tomuto vysavači zakoupit náhradní baterii? Vysavač vysává na plný výkon pouze kolem 15-20 minut a to nám bohužel na úklid celého domu nestačí. Následné nabíjení baterie 4-5hodin je opravdu dlouhá doba... Proto bychom využili možnost následného přendání za druhou, nabitou baterii, abychom měli možnost úklidu celého domu. Předem děkuji za nabídku na druhou baterii. V.B.

Dobrý den, po složení vysavač vůbec nevysává, prosím o info, kde by mohla být chyba. Nechala jsem nabít baterii, složila příslušenství, zapnu, rozsvítí se zelená kontrolka a nic, žádný tah. Pokud připojím motorizovaný kartáč, ten se točí, ale vysavač netáhne ...
