All knives are hardened by Friodur's patented technology, which is based on hardening by frost, thus the knives are harder, more durable and corrosion-free. They are molded from a single piece of steel with Sigmaforge technology with flawless geometry. Their sharpenening is finished by hand and the final sharpness inspection is performed with a laser.
