SHAD Motorcycle side cases SH38X (expandable)

The SHAD SH38X side pannier set features an expandable concept that increases its volume by up to 40%. Each pannier has a capacity of 38 litres, enough to store a size XL flip-up full-face helmet. The panniers are made from a combination of plastic and an aluminium cover. Security is provided by the Double Locking System. They are compatible with SHAD's 3P and 4P mounting systems.

Dynamic volume expansion

The SHAD SH38X panniers are distinguished by their ability to expand. A special mechanism lets you increase the width of each pannier by up to 70mm. This gives you a 40% increase in volume, allowing you to adapt the luggage space to your current needs. When not expanded, the panniers are compact, while after expansion they can easily accommodate larger items such as a full-face helmet. This flexibility is ideal for both daily commuting and longer journeys.

Security and convenient locking

The Double Locking System takes care of protecting your belongings. The dual lock serves two functions at once: it securely locks the pannier to the motorcycle's mounting system and simultaneously prevents access to its internal space. One extra lock cylinder is included in the package. The extra cylinder allows you to use the same key for both the side and top cases (if you are using a compatible SHAD model), so you only need one key to unlock all three pieces of luggage.

Durable construction and practical details

The panniers are designed with an emphasis on functionality and durability. The base is made of plastic, complemented by an aluminium cover. The contents are protected from the elements by a dual-channel frame with a rubber seal, which provides water resistance. For handling the panniers off the motorcycle, there is an integrated retractable handle for easy carrying. The package also includes two internal nets, which are designed for organising and securing smaller items inside the pannier.
