Dobrý den, Potýkám se s problémem, že mi mlékovar mléko někdy krásně namíchá do úplně husté pěny, a někdy mi udělá pouze bubliny na vrchu. Zbytek mléka zůstane stejné. Vždy používám plnotučné mléko z obchodu. A není rozdíl v tom, jestli to šleháme na studeno, nebo na teplo.
