With the help of a high-speed fan and a robust metal heat sink, it dissipates heat from the system CPU and ensures a safe operating temperature. Its fan smoothly functions at speeds up to 1400RPM. The speed is controlled automatically. The SilentiumPC Fortis 5 is designed to work with processors with Intel sockets: 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1700, 2011, 2011-3 and 2066, and AMD sockets: AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, AM4, FM1, FM2 and FM2+. The CPU cooler has dimensions of 144 × 159 × 107mm.
