Use the rotary dial at the top of the Solis contact grill to set the desired grilling temperature. After placing the prepared food on the grill surface, guide the upper grill plate to the desired height and position and snap it into place. The heating elements integrated into the upper and lower grill surfaces guarantee fast, yet perfectly cooked food prepared with the Solis grill.
Easy maintenance of the contact grill
With the non-stick surface of the grill surfaces, food and fat will never stick to them. The Whitford Xylan finish is extremely resistant to high temperatures and damage.
