The adjustable length of 105 - 140 cm lets you adapt them to your height and the terrain. 

A special internal locking system ensures reliable stability. An anti-shock shock-absorption system protects the joints from overextension. The comfortable cork handles mould the trekking poles into the hand. The package includes standard gripper gloves for a comfortable hold.
