The Adventure Menu is not just a meal, but a home-cooked, wholesome meal that you can take with you to the campsite and on a trip to the countryside, or just to work. Meatballs are a dish originally from Italy that is very popular in the States, but also in Scandinavia. AdventureMenu's meatballs are made with beef fore ground meat that is mixed with basmati rice and seasoned with parsley only. The sweet tomato sauce is a classic of root vegetables and tomato puree, with a light hint of cinnamon. The ratio of meat to basmati rice is such that the meal is completely balanced as a whole. The shelf life of the food is up to 3 years at room temperature up to 30 °C.

The secret to a three-year shelf life - fresh ingredients and sterilisation
The food was cooked according to a traditional recipe, without any "écheks" or chemical dyes, and then preserved using the so-called technology. sterilization. It is a unique method that leaves all the flavour and nutritional properties of freshly prepared food, yet it remains visually as freshly cooked even after three years of storage. Preservation is carried out by exposing the food to temperatures above 100 °C, during which all harmful micro-organisms are destroyed. The food is then rapidly cooled so that the vitamins and minerals in the food are preserved. The ingredients used in the Adventure Menu are always fresh from local farmers and ranchers, none of the ingredients are semi-finished.

Preparation
There are several ways to reheat the Adventure Menu and the preparation is very simple. The food is not dehydrated, so you don't add any water to it. If you have a pot or kettle with you, the dish will be ready in about 2 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to put the entire Adventure Menu bag into hot water. A unique feature of the Adventure Menu, however, is the self-heating system. Simply place the bag with the food in the special heating bag, called a "warming bag". Zipper-bag, along with a self-heating capsule and some water and let the physics work for approximately 12 minutes. Inside the Zipper-bag, the temperature rises up to 100 °C thanks to the principle of exothermic reaction between quicklime and water, which the Adventure Menu self-heating capsule contains. The hot steam will warm the turkey on the onion even in extreme ambient conditions. The Zipper-bag can then be used repeatedly, but the capsule is disposable, but completely biodegradable, so you will be able to bury it anywhere in nature and there will be no waste.
