Essential amino acid storage
Whey is produced when curd or cheese is made. A by-product of popular dairy foods, it brings literally wide-ranging effects to our body and can be used quite universally - to make a whey drink, a whey face mask or a detoxifying bath. Allnature Whey powder is an excellent reservoir of essential amino acids, which it supplies to our body in a balanced ratio. Contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, E, C and minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium and sodium. Beware of taking whey if you are lactose intolerant.
