Soft oatmeal cookies
Ingredients
200 ml Alpro unsweetened oatmeal
150g špaldové mouky
150g ovesné vločky
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
70g sušených brusinek
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons vegetable fat
1 large egg
pinch of salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the flour in a medium bowl, oatmeal, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, cranberries and cinnamon.
2. In a small bowl, beat the fat, eggs, honey and Alpro oatmeal drink. When the mass is smooth, add the flour. Mix everything until you get a nice smooth dough.
3. Pour one tablespoon of dough onto a baking sheet and repeat. Leave gaps between the biscuits so that they do not stick together during baking. Bake until golden brown, it should be 15-20 minutes.
4. Let the biscuits cool on the rack for 5 minutes and then watch them disappear!
