Preparation
Use a shaker to mix the contents of the sachet in 200-300 ml of water or milk.
Recommended dosage
Take within 30 min after your workout. Take 50-150 g per day as needed to replenish carbohydrates and protein.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C, protect from direct sunlight and from frost.
