BrainMax Lactose-Free Proteins consist of 93% whey protein concentrate, which offers an exceptionally high protein content and excellent digestibility. Thanks to this high protein content and a clean formula without unnecessary ingredients, it contains 23g of protein in one serving. It is sweetened with stevia and flavoured with natural flavouring. No artificial sweeteners, fillers or preservatives. The result is a light, nutritious and tasty protein that the body can easily utilise.

Whey protein is among the most bioavailable sources of protein available. It has a DIAAS value of 1.10–1.25, higher than egg white (1.13) or beef (1.10). The body can easily process and efficiently use it to support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and normal bone health. We have used whey protein concentrate (WPC), which excels in its excellent absorbability and naturally high content of essential amino acids. Thanks to the removal of lactose, it is also suitable for those who are lactose intolerant but do not want to compromise on taste or quality.
Amino acid profile
A quality whey protein is characterised by a naturally balanced amino acid spectrum, which is the basis of its effectiveness. It contains all essential amino acids (EAAs), including 15.2g / 100g of BCAAs. In addition to BCAAs, it also contains high amounts of glutamine, lysine, and threonine, which are building blocks that support the overall balance of muscle proteins and the natural regeneration of tissues after exertion.

Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (35g) in 200ml of water. Depending on your daily protein intake, use 1–3 servings per day. A scoop is included in the package. The package contains 28 servings.
