Daiwa Sealine Pilk 2.4m 80–200g Rod

The Daiwa Sealine Pilk fishing rod is designed for sea fishing. With a length of 2.4 metres and a casting weight of 80–200g, it is suitable for pilking and fishing with large lures. The rod is built on a high-modulus carbon blank, which is reinforced with a special X-wrap for greater durability. Its two-piece design makes it easy to transport. The ergonomically shaped handle combines EVA material and a shrink tube, ensuring a firm grip even when wet.

High-performance carbon blank

The core of the rod is a high-modulus carbon blank, which gives it strength and sensitivity. The blank allows for precise lure control and reliable detection of even the most subtle bites. In addition, the blank is reinforced with a special cross-wrap (X-wrap), which increases its torsional rigidity and durability when fighting large sea fish. Thanks to its fast action, the rod immediately transfers movement to the lure and allows for a quick and effective strike.

Components and comfortable handle

The rod is fitted with saltwater-resistant Seaguide guides, which are designed to handle the aggressive environment of sea fishing without corroding. The zirconium inserts in the guides minimise friction and protect the line from damage, even under heavy loads. The DPS-type reel seat firmly fixes the reel in place. An ergonomically shaped EVA front grip and a shrink tube rear grip provide a comfortable and secure hold in all conditions.
