Emco Super Porridge is a great choice for breakfast and snacks. It contains 65% oat flakes, pieces of dried apples and apricots and chicory root fibre.
Its preparation is perfectly easy, thanks to which you can easily prepare the porridge even on trips, outdoor expeditions or at the campsite. You will also be pleased with its delicious taste or the absence of artificial sweeteners and colourings. In 100 g of porridge, on the other hand, there are 16 g of fibre and 9.4 g of protein.

Preparation and dosing
To prepare 1 portion of porridge, pour the contents of one sachet into a bowl, add 160-180 ml of hot water and mix well. Let the porridge stand for 3 minutes. If prepared in the microwave, pour cold water into the bowl containing the bag, stir, place in the oven on 700 W and heat for 1 minute.
