Preparation
Place the sealed bag in a pot of hot water or in a kettle and allow to heat for approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can dump the bag into a pot or pan and heat for 5 minutes. The food can also be heated in the microwave for 3 minutes after placing it in a suitable container.
