Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si náramek Firbit charge 2 gunmetal. S náramkem byla od začátku opravdová spokojenost, vše co jsem od něj očekával, náramek dokonale splňoval, nicméně cca po 3 týdnech používaní jsem si všiml, že kapacita bateria klesla z 5-6dní na pouhý jeden den. Ráno nabiju a večer před spaním mám už jen 15% baterie. Náramek jsem nevystavil ničemu což by tento jev mělo podpořit (voda, teplota atd.) Mohu s tím něco udělat, nebo mám dát náramek na reklamaci?

Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem tento produkt a vůbec se mi nedaří jej spárovat s mobilním telefonem Honor 7, zkusila jsem dát náramek dle instrukcí fitbit.com do továrního nastavení a stále nic, můj telefon také prošel továrním nastavením, odebráním bluetooth, stále jen hledá. Prosím o radu!' Děkuji
