Construction of FOX Micron RX + Detectors
Each of the detectors is equipped with a high-quality cone speaker and two multicoloured diodes, adjustable for day and night fishing. You can adjust the volume of the tone (8 different settings, including silent)and the style of the tone individually (8 different variants), all using the rotating control wheels. You can also choose from 8 degrees of sensitivity for the detectors. This stops you being alerted to false bites. The detectors also feature a 2.5mm swing socket and a 3/8" stainless steel thread. A soft rubber insert will let you place the rods securely. In addition, two types of washers are available in the package to even further customise the grip.
Major Changes Over the NTX-R
The Fox Micron RX + 4 Rod Set has deeper sensory grips without increasing the body of the detector itself. A pair of multicoloured diodes is located at the very ends of the ears (one diode each). They also have a significantly longer broadcasting range and increased sensitivity range. Another practical improvement is the increased gap between the wheel and the construction which drains water better and prevents the wheel from freezing in the winter. Set day and night mode, LED colour and brightness externally using the buttons on the battery cover. Each detector requires 2xAA batteries.
Fox Micron RX + 4 Rod Set Receiver
The detector features high-quality digital circuits, a low battery signal, bivouac lighting, and even a theft alarm. The receiver also signals vibration in the rod and is easy to pair with the detectors with the switch on the back. Just like the detectors, the receiver is equipped with a high-quality cone speaker. Requires 3xAA batteries.
