FPRO Complete: Training that makes sense
The FPRO training system was created as a direct answer to the question of how to teach young footballers to control the ball in a completely systematic way, rather than just by chance. The result is a comprehensive programme created by professional UEFA-licensed coaches, which is now fully trusted by talented players and prestigious youth academies around the world, including major clubs such as Manchester City, PSV, Juventus, Ajax and Eintracht Frankfurt. This proven concept brings professional methodology directly into the home environment, where it will ensure your child's effective growth and maximum ball control during every training session.
Endorsed by professionals and football legends
“With FPRO, kids build a feel for the ball, coordination and self-confidence – three things you can't get into professional football without. You put the mat on the floor and you train. Just 20 minutes a day can change your child's footballing future.”
– Marcelo Vieira, Real Madrid legend, 5× UEFA Champions League winner

The key to masterful ball control
The smart mat is more than just an ordinary training aid, as each of its six zones corresponds exactly to specific instructions in the mobile app, so the young footballer knows exactly where and with which foot to move the ball at any given second. Its highly durable and non-slip surface works reliably on carpet, parquet, tiles and grass, allowing your child to train safely and without restriction anywhere. After the session, you simply roll up the mat into the included FPRO bag, which fits easily into any backpack, so there will be no more excuses for a missed workout at home.
A smart app as your personal coach in your pocket
The FPRO mobile app immediately becomes your child's personal football coach in their pocket after the first login, unlocking permanent access to over 200 professional video exercises. All lessons are uniquely filmed from the player's own perspective, so the young footballer sees the correct angle and contact of the foot with the ball. The training programme is divided into five progressive levels from the very basics to elite league techniques, with each exercise designed to develop both feet equally and engage all parts of the foot. What's more, the whole process takes place in a completely safe environment with no annoying ads or distractions, while the app reliably tracks completed tasks and clearly shows you and your child their visible weekly progress.
A top-class FIFA quality ball for maximum control
Part of the training set is a top-of-the-line Elite Football that meets FIFA's high quality standards, which excels in its lightness, perfect balance and exceptional durability, thanks to which it holds its shape one hundred percent even after hundreds of intense impacts on the mat. In addition to its great mechanical properties for indoor and outdoor training, it also impresses with its modern FPRO graphic design, where elegant black surfaces are complemented by bold turquoise and yellow details that stand out perfectly both when honing your technique with precision and in the back of the opponent's net.
Training socks guarantee stability and safety
Three pairs of FPRO training socks with an innovative non-slip sole ensure perfect stability and a firm footing even during the fastest and most demanding movements on the mat. The specially padded bottom part effectively absorbs impact and protects your young athlete's joints, while the modern contrasting FPRO design visually complements the rest of the set. These functional socks will not only find their use when honing technique at home, but will also become an indispensable support during demanding outdoor training sessions or competitive matches.
